Role Overview

The Strategic Engagement Manager (SEM) is a hybrid strategic support and growth role responsible for strengthening our superintendent engagement, expanding the top of the funnel, supporting proposal and RFP development, and ensuring high-quality messaging and systems across the Growth Team. This position is ideal for someone who writes exceptionally well, understands K–12 leadership dynamics, enjoys building processes and messaging, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
